Having worked as an author, food producer, founder, stylist and content creator, I have a unique mix of skills, and a varied client list.
My favourite 2023/4 project was the development, testing and and food styling of Gianluca Conte / QCPs (top ten global TikTok food creator) debut cookbook, “Italian/American”.
I have experience all the way from recipe development and magazine features, to online recipe teaching and presenting, and in lead and assistant food styling for books, advertising, packaging shots, tv commercials and content creation.
Since moving to Los Angeles, I extensively assisted across both food and props, commercial and publishing, to really keep my skills super fresh in this new environment (and to learn ALL of the new American-english terms for everything!). I’m a confident lead stylist, and I adore working in this new environment!
